I Was Born Free

"We're all one thing, Lieutenant. That's what I've come to realize. Like cells in a body. 'Cept we can't see the body. The way fish can't see the ocean. And so we envy each other. Hurt each other. Hate each other. How silly is that? A heart cell hating a lung cell." - Cassie from THE THREE

This video Darryl reblogged made me BOL (bellow out loud) I liked it so much.
Just learned about Karmin and already I know too much.

lol.

great to finally meet you! xo

I’d just like to take a second to emphasize that Karmin’s intellectual interpretation of “Pumped Up Kicks” is just as important as their musical one.

Also, Karmin’s interpretation of the Foster the People child killing spree song is pretty LOL.

I have found the worst 28 seconds in the history of music.

Now I just need the girl from Karmin to get caught doing this.
(SORRY EVERYONE.)

Now I just need the girl from Karmin to get caught doing this.

(SORRY EVERYONE.)

I still can’t believe these fucking people.

Even though it was very, very sad… I just kind of redirected that energy into our performance, I think. I actually felt a little bit of empowerment going onstage, and the rehearsal went way better than the soundcheck; it was phenomenal. And then obviously [on the] live broadcast, we felt so good about our show.

Not trying to be inflammatory here, but if someone went on a massive killing spree and the FBI went and checked their browser history, I would not be surprised if this were the last thing they watched.

It’s rare for me to have such unbridled contempt for someone like I do for Karmin, though I would absolutely sleep with one of them.

I discovered yesterday that they are as personally likable as their music is, and I put together a quick highlight reel to get us all on the same page.

If you want some lols watch this from 4:00 to the end with the sound off.

New nemesis.

New nemesis.

Are you saying that all people who like Karmin are racist?
No, not at all. Just that, you know, for some people, there may be some unspoken cultural biases at play. Like racism.
